NBICF EVENT RESERVATIONS – Mail or Credit Card

Payment for events may be made here (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal) or by mailing a check to the NBICF Office at 64 Brookwood Avenue, Santa Rosa, CA 95404. Click here for a generic mail-in reservation form – include name(s), dinner date & seating preference (if any) on the form.  Event specific reservation forms are also included in the newsletter. When paying by credit, follow the instructions on the event reservation page – no-forms necessary.

April 7, 2019 – Winemaker Dinner Reservation
Bistro 29 with Ancient Oaks Cellars Wines – 4:30 pm
620 5th Street, Santa Rosa, CA 95404
$75 per person – Reserve Early – 48 tickets available.
Reservation window closed – event at capacity. Call 707-591-9696 to be put on wait list.

Appetizers with Prosecco Cocktail
crispy risotto with ricotta and crostini of caponata
First Course – Sicilian Saladorange/olive & arugula salad w/ pickled red onions & fennel    Entrée: (1)  Bracioleflank steak stuffed with herbs & breadcrumbs braised in tomato sauce
                                         with baked polenta
or           (2)  Sicilian Seafood Stew mussels, prawns & squid braised w/ tomatoes, green olives &                                                                    spices served w/ cous cous
or            (3)  Crispy Eggplant w/ ricotta silata, creamy polenta, arribiata sauce & fried basil
Dessert – Bellweather Farms Ricotta Cannoli with cherry & chocolate & mini vanilla panna
