NBICF Dinner – Thursday, September 25, 2025 – Sonoma County Veterans Memorial Dining Room – Doors open at 5:00pm, Dinner at 6:00pm. 1351 Maple Ave. Santa Rosa. Dinner prepared by Eric Malvestiti
Menu includes: Antipasti, Greens, shaved zucchini, shaved fennel, carrots, Asiago cheese, and raspberry vinaigrette.
Pasta with spinach, mushroom, zucchini, Parmesan, & garlic tomato sugo.
Herb-roasted pork loin with mushroom demi and Wine at the table.
Dessert: share your favorite recipe and bring cookies
