Monday, November 17 - Monthly Dinner - 6:00pm at Santa Rosa Vets Hall

Monthly Dinner Meeting -- Monthly Dinner at Santa Rosa Veteran's Hall - 6:00pm. Dinner at 6:30 pm features Pollo (chicken) and Risotto. Doors will open in the Veterans building dining room at 5:45pm in time to choose a seat, look over the raffle prizes and enjoy accordion music by Eva Marie Sbraggia.

Our guest speaker will be Ashley Watkins, former scholarship winner, who will give a short presentation describing her time in Italy and the impressions she had of that country.

$10 for members, $12 guests, $8 teens 13-18, $5 for children 5-12, under 5 free.

Festa di Natale - Sunday December 14, 2008 - 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM at Santa Rosa Veterans Memorial Hall.

Come to enjoy a family Christmas Party. There will be children activities, a Christmas Raffle, entertainment by our chorus, Coro Allegro. The dinner features prime rib and pasta, salad, dessert and beverage. Many of our members have made this late afternoon Christmas party a yearly family event. Please begin organizing your group now so we can fill the auditorium. Children have always enjoyed leaving their shoes in the Befana’s house in anticipation of any sweets she may leave for them.

The doors will open at 4:00pm with a children’s video depicting St. Francis and the first Nativity Scene beginning promptly at 4:15pm. Dinner will follow at 5:00pm.
